On December 23, 2023, as part of Online Planet's periodic scan for potential trademark infringements, we discovered your firm’s use of our CallSense registered trademark.  Online Planet established our CallSense trademark in 1999 with our first use in commerce in 2000.

Your use of our mark has or will cause confusion in the marketplace and thus constitutes infringement under sections 32 and 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§1114 and 1125(a).

In light of the foregoing, Online Planet demands that FasTech Systems immediately cease and desist all use of the mark “CallSense” and any confusingly similar variations thereof in connection with any product or services.
